[games_access] Battlefield 2042 on PS5 not allowing 3rd party controllers

I think it's important to be polite, but clear with Sony.

Maybe a video showing people having the problems, people backing it, things
they've done well, and this one issue. I once had luck with Apple with a
video: https://youtu.be/-zlgmgBmqlA alongside others I'm sure asking for
the same thing. Something that's easy to grasp and that may easily cross
language barriers (thinking of Japan higher ups).

I no longer have time to do that sort of thing. I have tried to forward
these issues to Sony repeatedly. Since 1999!
