Some good stuff there, no doubt.

I will say, when people talk about "most asked for accessibility features",
and then do so from straw polls on-line and other social media.... they may
simply be reflecting a narrow bubble that misses out on many unheard
voices.

It's really important to talk about the most excluded players. To my mind,
that's in the area of learning disabilities and also blindness. One
fundamental approach that can improve life for both areas (and many others)
is to give options to reduce in-game pressure (from a bit to a lot-lot). If
that's not getting a mention, then something is seriously missing.
