[games_access] Motion Blur in Call of the Sea - Can't Turn Off

Pretty happy how quick the developer confirmed it will be in the next
batch. Whether or not we were part of the high priority matters little - in
the end hundreds of thousands of not millions will benefit.

That's why we bring up these issues, eh?
