Mendeley and Zotero, both works in my opinion. Free and easy to use, integration with Word etc.

Here are some more papers I like (in addition to those already mentioned):

Mangiron, C. & Zhang, X. 2016. Game Accessibility for the Blind: Current Overview and the Potential Application of Audio Description as the Way Forward. In: Matamala, A. & Orero, P. (eds.) Researching Audio Description: New Approaches. London: Palgrave Macmillan UK.

Gerling, K. M., Linehan, C., Kirman, B., Kalyn, M. R., Evans, A. B. & Hicks, K. C. 2016. Creating wheelchair-controlled video games: Challenges and opportunities when involving young people with mobility impairments and game design experts. International Journal of Human-Computer Studies, 94, 64-73.

Nordvall, M., Arvola, M., Boström, E., Danielsson, H. & Overkamp, T. Vibed: a prototyping tool for haptic game interfaces. iConference, 2016. iSchools.

Zhao, Y., Cutrell, E., Holz, C., Morris, M. R., Ofek, E. & Wilson, A. D. 2019. SeeingVR: A Set of Tools to Make Virtual Reality More Accessible to People with Low Vision. Proceedings of the 2019 CHI Conference on Human Factors in Computing Systems. Glasgow, Scotland Uk: ACM.

Yuan, B., Folmer, E. & Harris, F. 2011. Game accessibility: a survey. Universal Access in the Information Society, 10, 81-100.

Fortes, R. P. M., de Lima Salgado, A., de Souza Santos, F., Agostini do Amaral, L. & Nogueira da Silva, E. A. Game Accessibility Evaluation Methods: A Literature Survey. 2017 Cham. Springer International Publishing, 182-192.

If anyone fancies maintaining something more extensive that would be awesome, that would be a great thing to be able link to. Especially if it's something that allows anyone to add to."
