[games_access] GGJ venue accessibility

Global Game Jam have had ongoing efforts towards accessibility of jam games for quite a few years, this year those efforts are being extended to cover venue accessibility for disabled developers, in the form of grants for organisers. They're still looking for sponsors too to help bring the grants to more venues -
