[games_access] GGJ diversifiers

The call has gone out for public submissions of diversifier ideas for Global Game Jam 2019, including a category for accessibility diversifiers.

For the uninitiated - GGJ's diversifiers are optional secondary challenges that developers can choose to take on should they be in need of extra inspiration, have extra things they want to explore, or the idea of making a game in a couple of days doesn't seem challenging enough as it is.
