[games_access] Roundtable Recap - GDC 2018

Hugely encouraging. :)

Between that, GAconf, and all the stuff trundling along, things really are
building up a head of steam to use an old man train analogy or two.

Still not at the stage of it being easy to find game accessibility
information for a game, nor can I safely expect a current game to have many
features. But things are heading towards that day for sure.

Well done to all on and off this list pushing over the years.
